Multiple Miracle Moms (MMM) was founded in 1988 to serve as a resource for mothers of multiple birth children, including twins, triplets, and more. This group offers philanthropic support to members in need and organizations in the local community. Multiple Miracle Moms serves mothers of multiple birth children, giving them a place to meet, have new experiences, discuss issues, and help each other with raising multiples. 

People interested in joining MMM must be a parent or primary caregivers of twins, triplets, or other multiples. There are multiple levels of membership, including access to a private Facebook group, a club newsletter, and participation in all MMM activities. Events include things like the Summer Pool Party, the MMM Annual Installation, and the Angel’s Game. Other activities include business meetings, general meetings, mom’s socials, park days, children’s parties, ice cream socials, Valentine’s parties, installation dinners, family picnics, mom’s holiday parties, as well as much more.

The Southern California Mothers of Multiples Clubs has offered services and support to local Orange County clubs since 1968. Members of Southern California Mothers of Multiples Clubs can attend state conventions and workshops. There they can learn all about parenting and resources.

The SCMOTC Convention is held annually and includes meetings, crafts, business sessions, skits, workshops, and a keynote speaker. There are many activities for moms, but dads are welcome to attend. The SCMOTC Workshop is held annually and includes crafts, skits, workshops, luncheons, raffles, and more. MOMS Orange County is the area’s largest nonprofit solely dedicated to newborn and pregnancy health. Since 1992, MOMS Orange County has provided the local community with access to prenatal care, health screenings, infant development screenings, health education, and referral services. This group strives to encourage healthy babies, empower mothers, and build strong families throughout Orange County. Whether you have one baby, twins, triplets, or other multiples, MOMS Orange County provides support services to all families through coordination, education, and access to community services.

MOMS Orange County provides home visits and a variety of classes throughout Orange County. These classes are a great place for parents of multiples to meet other moms and dads, make friends, and support one another throughout pregnancy, caring for a newborn, and learning all about parenting. Special classes are offered for breastfeeding and postpartum support, helping parents gain knowledge and confidence to be the best caregivers they can be.

Workshops include Taller Para Papas, a workshop for dads. This workshop teaches men how to diaper, bathe, feed, hold, and soothe a crying baby. There is also discussion on how fathers have a unique influence and role in their baby’s health and development. 

Once babies are at least 3 months old, families can attend parent-and-me classes. Here, they can meet with other parents of children the same age and learn from one another. Mommy and Me classes are geared toward moms of babies in different age ranges. These classes aim to stimulate babies’ mental and physical development in a fun, creative, supportive group setting. After these 4-class series end, moms are given information on fun activities to do at home or how to start their own playgroup.

Saddleback Mothers of Multiples Club

The Saddleback Mothers of Multiples Club is a nonprofit organization founded in 1970 that strives to connect moms of twins, triplets, quadruplets, and other multiples together for the purpose of providing support and forming friendships. This group is a great place to enjoy support and friendship from local moms of multiples. Saddleback Mothers of Multiples connects moms of twins, triplets, and more, helping them form their “mom tribe” who understands the excitement, joys, and challenges of juggling multiples. 

One popular yearly event is the annual egg hunt. Approximately 100 children and families come together to celebrate spring and Easter with an egg hunt and photo booth with the Easter Bunny. This event is a great place to catch up with other members and their families and feel a sense of belonging.
