After your initial phone call, we will go over every detail of your session to ensure a truly personalized experience. When you book with us, we always begin with the end in mind, focusing on how you want to preserve these precious moments. We’ll dive into your vision and work together to design a session that perfectly complements your style, home decor, and color preferences. Whether it’s soft neutrals or vibrant hues, we’ll create a look that feels just right for you.
For the Classic Newborn session, we’ll capture timeless portraits of your baby, using delicate wraps, charming outfits, baskets, or other props, showcasing their sweetness in a variety of poses.
The Newborn Family session brings the whole family into the frame, allowing parents and siblings to join in, creating heartwarming images of love, joy, and connection as you celebrate this new chapter together. Every session is tailored to capture these fleeting moments in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to you.
3. book your session
To officially book your session, a signed contract and the session fee is required. When those items are completed, you are officially booked! Next, we will meet to plan your session. A questionnaire is required to get an idea of what you are looking for. Because I pride myself in quality work, we will choose the colors of wraps, the outfits, and any props at this time. I take a limited number of sessions each month, so it is best to book early. To get those cute, curly poses, it is best to book when your baby is 5 - 15 days old.
4. the big day!
Our session will be relaxed and comfortable. Baby's safety and comfort is my #1 goal. I will guide you, so you won't wonder what to do. Time is allowed for feeding, changing, and snuggling your baby. Expect the session to last 2 - 3 hours. You will receive a customized gallery to choose the images that you want.
Special family heirlooms can be included in the session
Don’t worry about your toddlers. We have toys to keep them occupied!
5. Enjoy your beautiful images!
Within two weeks of your session, we will meet for a viewing and ordering session where final decisions will be made. We will help you sort through the images and decide what would look best in your home. We offer archival quality prints, exquisite wall art, custom heirloom albums, gifts and so much more.
The final edited images and products will be ready about three weeks after your purchase.
No need to pick up your products, they will arrive at your home.

Newborn Packages start at $550
contact studio for full pricing and availability.
These images will last a lifetime and will be passed on to future generations.
A $200 retainer and signed contract confirm your session. The retainer is then deducted from your chosen package.
How much you invest in your newborn session really depends on your wants and needs.
Albums, folio boxes, and canvases always include the corresponding digitals. Session fees are included in your chosen package price.
Custom add-ons are available such as framed artwork, canvasses, and prints.
The average client spends between $800 and $1500 are their complete photo session.

I was referred to Diane through a friend of a friend to do my newborn son’s photos. I was very thrilled with how quickly she responded from the very start and how communicative she was and that she checked in with me (preggo & mom brain made me very forgetful). I contacted her while I was still pregnant and then after I had my baby to set up his photo shoot and she was so helpful with giving information and answering all my questions. We decided to do our session in home because that was easier with a new baby. She came with so many options for props and backgrounds! It was so wonderful. She was patient with my baby and with me which was helpful especially when my baby ended up being fussy. We absolutely love our newborn photos! Diane was extremely professional, kind, and patient with us during our newborn session. We had an in home session. We took posed newborn photos with the props, wraps, and headbands Diane brought., and we also took family photos in the nursery and room. We got so many great shots! As a new mom, I was nervous about a newborn session. You just don't know how the baby is going to be. But Diane put us at ease, she was so patient with us and our baby. She allowed us time to breastfeed and was so good at calming our newborn girl. She worked really quick to pose and get great shots. Thank you Diane! We are so grateful!
